Mill Description

The Pembroke MDF mill has a 10’ wide continuous press and an annual production capacity of 150 million square feet ¾ inch basis. A state-of-the-art moulding plant recently began production.

Products

The Pembroke mill produces MDF with a pine formulation that results in exceptional machinability.  In addition to standard MDF, the mill produces an LDF especially suited to moulding applications and ready-to-assemble products and an HDF that is an excellent choice for vacuum formed or membrane pressed doors.
